OK. Enough of ranting! ☺This post I'm gonna introduce...

BALLERINA BACKSTAGE MAKEUP COLLECTION!!!

❀◕ ‿ ◕❀ SO SWEEEETTTTTTOOOO right?! My heart nearly melted & gone when I saw the collection!

Actually I do have some of the official high-res images BUT it won't look real and I wanted to make this review 100% as honest as possible thus I took ALL the images using my beloved Canon G12! Please feel the LOVE k? LOL!

 These are just some of the items from the Ballerina Backstage collection and they are REALLY AFFORDABLE MAN!! Read further down below for their amazing colour pigmentation & prices!!

The colours looks SO SWEET + SOFT + INNOCENT + SUITABLE FOR DAILY WEAR!!!

Closer-look:

 ☐ Blush Souffle in #01 Prima Ballerina 

As the second picture has explained - this is a creamy-mousse blush with a GOOD colour pigmentation! The colour is actually LIGHT BABY PINK and is very suitable for fair-medium light skin babes! 

How to use: Simply use either clean fingertip or stippling brush to dap on the blush and gently pat on the apple of your cheeks to have that natural pinkish blush!

 ☐ Eyeshadow Souffle in #01 Dance the Swan Lake

This is beige-white cream eyeshadow that is VERY pigmented! I was surprised to see the colour payoff  when I first swatched it!!! Pigmentation is ON PAR with MAC PAINT POT in Paintery! Video will up link below at the entry!

How to use: Use either clean fingertips or eyeshadow brush to grab the colour and pat gently onto your eyelids! This colour can be used alone and it can serves as a good colour base adhesive to hold & brighten other eye shadows layered on it! A great colour to highlight facial features too!

 ☐ Eyeshadow Souffle in #02 Pas Des Copper

To me, this colour looks more on a light brown (not coppery) similar to MAC wedge, just that this come in as a cream form. Pigmentation is ON PAR with MAC PAINT POT!

How to use: Use either clean fingertips or eyeshadow brush to grab the colour and pat gently onto your eyelids! This colour can be used alone and it can serves as a good colour base adhesive to hold & brighten other neutral-dark eye shadows layered on it!

On the colour-wheel (Left-Right): #01 Dance the Swan Lake, #04 Do A Floating Pirouette

#01 Dance the Swan Lake:

• Holographic white-pink nail polish. I.e. It will reflect tint of pink colour upon light reflection. Thus, it is not just a boring white nail colour! :D Amazing!
• Consistent colour when applying first coat. Consistency can be compared with China Glaze & OPI. Colour glides on very smoothly without and it does not give 'humps' of discolouration.

#04  Do A Floating Pirouette:

• Glossy plum colour just on first coat! Colour is very consistent so you may wish to apply one coat for those in a rush.
• Consistent colour when applying first coat. Consistency can be compared with China Glaze & OPI. Colour glides on very smoothly without and it does not give 'humps' of discolouration.

Lipgloss in #02 On Your Graceile Tiptoe

• Coral-red lip gloss
  
• Comes along with a new brush applicator in the brush form, unlike those lip glosses that comes with a flat top applicator.
• Brush applicator really aid for precise lip application - I.e I can easily shape the tip of my upper lips without much effort and looking like a messy!

Overall conclusion:

I'm really GLAD & EXCITED Essence has being brought back to Singapore again and proving that AFFORDABLE drugstore cosmetics brands CAN BE AS PIGMENTED as the high-end brands too!

So ladies, do grab your wallets and HEAD DOWN TO EITHER WATSONS NGEE ANN CITY OR LUCKY PLAZA to avoid disappointment!!!
